When choosing this method please make sure that we receive the correct amount on our account. For non-Euro payments you need to use the OUR paying method.

Our refund policy
Accidents and emergency cases happen, this is understandable. We don’t want to make a profit out of any personal mishap that can arise so we will always try to give you back as much as possible. You can cancel until 4 days prior to the event, hence until October 25th. This is because by this date we must pay the costs in order to secure our location.
In the unlikely case that we cancel the event for whatever reason you will be fully reimbursed.
